Small Pet Clothes is dedicated to selling quality products at an affordable price and to make your shopping experience with Small Pet Clothes to be as easy and pleasant as possible.

 We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, PAYPAL, or Money Orders. For faster processing, we recommend using PAYPAL.

Funds need to clear before an order is shipped.

Credit card charges that are denied will be charged a $25.00 Chargeback or Reject Fee. Your purchase will show up on your credit card statement as Small Pet Clothes.

Orders are shipped only to the U.S. lower 48 states, and we do not ship to APO or FPO addresses.

Your order may take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days to process, unless stated otherwise. Ground shipping can take another 4 to 7 business days for a total of 2 to 3 weeks. Embroidered and hand-painted items typically take 1 to 2 weeks to paint and dry.

Shipping is $6.95 for orders under $50 and $7.95 for most orders over $50, however, some items may have additional shipping charges.

 We have a 10 day 100% guarantee on merchandise from the day you received the order, unused, unwashed, in original condition and packaging, for a complete refund (excluding shipping charges) on most items, however, on some items, only exchanges or store credit apply.

You must email us for a Return Authorization Number before returning any merchandise – this number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package or the package will be refused at the warehouse. We will then provide instructions to you via email on how, when and where to return your package.

Please do not take it upon yourself to simply return any merchandise or you will void any and all return rights.

All orders returned, for other than damages, will be charged a 25% restocking fee plus shipping. Exceptions to this policy will be at the sole discretion of Small Pet Clothes and will be issued a store credit at the current selling price minus a 25% restocking fee.

NOTE: It is always best to send your package back in a manner that is trackable (UPS, Fed Ex, or Delivery Confirmation). We cannot be responsible for non-receipt of returns that cannot be tracked, nor can we confirm receipt of a return/exchange until it has been processed

EXCEPTIONS:

• Because of the nature of our personalized or made to order products, there are no refunds on personalized clothing and picture frames.
• Clothing must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging.
• There are no exeptions to this policy. 

Damages

If all or part of your order arrives damaged, please email us right away to report the damage. Sometimes the freight carriers will want to inspect the damaged box(s) and merchandise, so please keep all packaging material. You may be required to take pictures of the damages, preferably digital, to be sent by email. We are not responsible nor liable for damaged caused during shipping.
